Electronic Council Meetings and Public Participation
The December 2, 2020 Provincial Health Officer (PHO) Order on Gatherings and Events requires local governments to make some changes to how meetings and public hearings are currently conducted.
The public is now restricted from attending all local government meetings and public hearings in person.
If you would like to submit a question or comment to the Regular Meeting of Council, please submit your question by email no later than 6:00 p.m. to firstname.lastname@example.org or by dropping of a letter to the front desk at Town Hall, 1027 Aldous Street no later than 4:30 p.m. on the day of the meeting. Your questions and comments will be read out loud at the meeting.
