Notice of Rezoning: 3832 Seventh Avenue
To be considered for Third Reading and Adoption on Tuesday, September 25th, 2018 beginning at 6:30 pm in the Council Chambers of the Town Hall, 1027 Aldous Street, Smithers, BC:
Bylaw No. 1842 Zoning Bylaw Amendment to rezone 3832 Seventh Avenue from Public Amenity (P-1) to Public Utility (P-1A).
Subject Property: Lots 12, 13 and 14, Block 143, Plan 1054, located directly behind and to the east of the Smithers Fire Hall.
Purpose: To correctly zone the property designated for the construction of the Fire Department Storage Building.
The proposed bylaws and relevant background information can be viewed at the Town Office, 1027 Aldous Street, Monday through Friday (except holidays), 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
