Emergency Measures
This Committee is the liaison between Council and the Emergency Planning Committee which is the Committee responsible for the preparation of the Smithers Disaster Plan. This Committee is also responsible for reviewing all Municipal Department Emergency Plans and is responsible to negotiate and submit to Council for review, Mutual Aid Agreements for Civil Defence.
