Meetings

Council meetings are held at 7:30pm on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month at the Municipal Hall, located at 1027 Aldous Street, unless otherwise noted. The Schedule of Council Meetings is posted annually -  2012 Council Meeting Schedule

Agendas - Regular Meetings of Council Agendas are posted online at least 24 hours prior to a Regular Meeting of Council or can be picked up from the Municipal Hall.

Minutes - Minutes of Regular Council Meetings are posted online following Council approval.

Delegations - Town of Smithers Council may hear two delegations from the public at each Regular Meeting of Council. Apply to appear as a delegation before Council.

Committees - Council Committee Minutes are posted online following Committee approval. If you cannot find the Minutes of a particular Committee, contact the Municipal Hall for more information.
