COMMERICAL:

Utilities are billed out quarterly. This involves billing for water and sewer. Commerical properties are bill for garbage pickup if they use the Town of Smithers to pick up their garbage.

RESIDENTIAL:

Residential water, sewer, and garbage fees are bill annually on the tax notice.
