Field User Meeting

The Town of Smithers would like to invite you to the Annual Field Users Meeting, being held on Thursday, April 13th @ 6:15pm (PST) in the Town Council Chambers located at 1027 Aldous Street. While attendance is not mandatory, having one or two representatives from your user group at this meeting is a helpful step in ensuring a successful season for all.

If you are a new user group, or interested in starting a league - please join us!

The agenda for the meeting will include:

  • Introductions & user stats from 2022
  • User requests for the upcoming season
  • Field operations/maintenance
  • Questions, concerns & any topics user groups would like to bring up

As always, the open/closure dates are dependent on weather but they are also dates that Town Staff have determined are safe and will permit respectable field conditions for our users. Please note that our washroom facilities/porta potties will open and close on the same dates as the fields themselves.
