The Town of Smithers would like to formally invite you to the Annual Ice User Meeting, being held on Wednesday, May 31st @ 6:15pm PST in the Town Council Chambers located at 1027 Aldous Street. While attendance is not mandatory, having one or two representatives from your user group at this meeting is a helpful step in ensuring a successful ice season for all. The agenda for the meeting will include:
- Introductions & user stats from 2022
- User requests for the upcoming season
- Field operations/maintenance
- Questions, concerns & any topics user groups would like to bring up
