The Town of Smithers has an exciting opportunity for a Manager, Human Resources and Occupational Health and Safety to join the Executive Management Team.
Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer, the Manager, Human Resources and Occupational Health and Safety provides technical support and advice for all human resource functions including recruitment, job evaluation/classification, training and development, employee relations, union relations and compliance with the corporate health and safety program.
This role requires an active and engaged leader who can motivate and develop and maintain positive relationships with various stakeholders.
