POSITION TITLE:    Payroll & Benefits Coordinator
HOURS OF WORK:    40 hours per week
2-Year Term (potential for permanent position)
HOURLY RATE:    $39.41 – $46.29 (depending on experience)

Reporting to the Director of Community Services, the Community Safety Officer develops, implements, and administers a variety of Town bylaws related to animal control, traffic control, and general nuisances.

Qualifications include:
• Post-secondary education in criminology (preferred),
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Peace Officer and/or RCMP,
OR a combination of related education and experience.
Ability to obtain and maintain RCMP Enhanced Security Clearance.
• Valid First Aid.
•Valid Class 5 Drivers License.
