In accordance with Section 26 of the Community Charter, the Town of Smithers intends to dispose of the following lands to Aberdeen Helicopters at the Smithers Regional Airport comprising of 3,157 sq. metres by way of a 10 (ten) year Lease for the purpose of helicopter operations, to expire on March 31, 2035.
The monthly rent schedule, plus applicable taxes as follows: Year 1: $9,104.79; Year 2: $9,377.93; Year 3: $9,659.26; Year 4: $9,949.03; Year 5: $10,247.50; Year 6: $10,554.92; Year 7: $10,871.56; Year 8: $11,197.70; Year 9: $11,533.63; and Year 10: $11,879.63.
