BC HOUSING PROJECT: UPCOMING COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT SESSION
BC Housing is proposing to build a 40-unit supportive housing development at 3895, 3887 & 3879 Alfred Avenue in Smithers.
The proponent has submitted a request to rezone the subject parcels from C-1A Downtown Commercial Zone to CD-1 Comprehensive Development 1 Zone.

A summary of feedback received from the community will be presented to Council as part of the public hearing process for the proposed bylaw.
Note: The Public Hearing for the proposed zoning amendment bylaw will be held on Tuesday, February 13, 2024, at the Regular Meeting of Council. Your participation in the engagement activities hosted by BC Housing will not limit your participation in the public hearing process
