The Town of Smithers online payment system is currently down. We are working diligently to get it back up and running. Payments can still be made over the phone by calling 250-847-1600, or in person at Town Hall (1027 Aldous Street).
The Town of Smithers is currently updating Bylaw No. 2003 – Fees and Charges. As a result, business licence and dog licence renewal notices will not be issued until the end of January 2026.
