Public Notice - Aberdeen Helicopters Lease
In accordance with Section 26 of the Community Charter, the Town of Smithers intends to dispose of the following lands located at 6168 Harvard Way at the Smithers Regional Airport, comprising of 3,157 sq. metres by way of a five-year Lease to Aberdeen Helicopters Ltd., to expire September 30, 2029.
The monthly rent schedule, plus appliable taxes as follows: Year 1: October 1 to December 31, 2024 = $8,839.60 plus applicable taxes and January 1 to December 31, 2025 = $9,104.79 plus applicable taxes; Year 2: $9,377.93 per annum plus applicable taxes; Year 3: $9,659.27 per annum plus applicable taxes; Year 4: $9,949.05 per annum plus applicable taxes; and Year 5: $10,247.51per annum plus applicable taxes.
