In accordance with Section 26 of the Community Charter, the Town of Smithers intends to dispose of the following lands to the Bulkley Valley Folk Music Society at certain land and premises located at the Bulkley Valley Exhibition Grounds comprising of 1,620 m2 by way of a three-year Lease for the purpose of storage, Annual General Meeting, planning and delivery of the Midsummer Festival and Annual Event, and social gatherings, to expire August 31, 2029.
The rent schedule, plus appliable taxes as follows: $1.00 for the duration of the agreement.
