In accordance with Section 26 of the Community Charter, the Town of Smithers intends to dispose of the following lands to the Smithers Mountain Bike Association at Elks Park (Lot 1, Plan 12550, District Lot 1053, Range 5, Coast District) comprising of 4306 metres square by way of a three-year Lease to facilitate a full and proper operation and maintenance of the cycling facility for use of residents and visitors to the area, to expire March 30, 2029.
The annual rent schedule is $1.00 per year, plus applicable taxes.
