In accordance with Section 26 of the Community Charter, the Town of Smithers intends to dispose of the following lands to Summit Air Ltd. at the Smithers Regional Airport comprising of 20.2m2 by way of a five-year Lease to facilitate an office for airline operations, to expire January 31, 2031.
The monthly rent schedule, plus appliable taxes as follows: Year 1: $1,010; Year 2: $1,040.30; Year 3: $1,071.50; Year 4: $1,103.65; and Year 5: $1,136.76.
