In accordance with Section 26 of the Community Charter, the Town of Smithers intends to dispose of the following lands, commonly known as 3704 First Avenue, to the Bulkley Valley Historical and Museum Society by way of a 5-year lease agreement to expire November 30, 2029, at $1.00 per year for the Old Church to be used for the purpose of community, cultural, recreational and other activities that are not for profit.
