Public Notice - Dispose of vacant Town lands between Alberta Street and Vancouver Street, and Alfred Avenue and First Avenue to the Northern Health Authority

Public Notice:

In accordance with Section 26 of the Community Charter, the Town of Smithers intends to dispose of the following vacant Town lands between Alberta Street and Vancouver Street, and Alfred Avenue and First Avenue to the Northern Health Authority for $1 and indemnification for $1,000,000 of environmental liability for use as a long-term care facility. 

Legally known as:

• Lots 1-48 Block 51 District Lots 1053 and 5289 Range 5 Coast District Plan 1054
• Lots 1-48 Block 61 District Lot 1053 Range 5 Coast District Plan 1054
