In accordance with Section 26 of the Community Charter, the Town of Smithers intends to dispose of the following lands to Infinite Improbability Holdings Limited at the Smithers Regional Airport comprising of 17.32 sq. meters, by way of a 2 year lease agreement at $1.00 per year, plus applicable taxes (in recognition of the $1.00 per year, fee for Service Agreement), for the purpose of operating Café Services at the Smithers Regional Airport, commencing March 1, 2024, and ending February 28, 2026.
