In accordance with Section 26 of the Community Charter, the Town of Smithers intends to dispose of the following lands to Leadfoot Holdings Ltd. at the Smithers Regional Airport comprising of 4,487.5 m2 by way of a Lease Amendment for the purpose of aircraft and vehicle parking, as well as housing shipping containers on site, to expire August 20, 2033.
The monthly rent schedule, plus appliable taxes as follows: Year 1: $12,063.75; Year 2: $12,425.66; Year 3: $12,798.43; Year 4: $13,182.38 (to be reviewed to reflect fair market value); Year 5: $13,577.85; Year 6: $13,985.19; Year 7: $14,404.74; Year 8: $14,836.89; and Year 9: $15,281.99 (to be reviewed to reflect fair market value).
