In accordance with Section 26 of the Community Charter, the Town of Smithers intends to dispose of the following lands to Paladin Airport Security Services Ltd. at the Smithers Regional Airport Terminal Building comprising of 44.5 m2 by way of a five-year Lease, with an option to renew, for the purpose to facilitate an office for screening services personnel, to expire March 31, 2029.
The monthly rent schedule, plus appliable taxes as follows: Year 1: $25,365.00; Year 2: $26,125.95; Year 3: $26,909.73; Year 4: $27,717.02; and Year 5: $28,548.53.
