Department
The Operations Department is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the Town's infrastructure as well as construction of specific capital works projects.

Areas of responsibility:
- Cemetery - move to Development Services under Department only
- Solid Waste Collection (buttons inside that say - garbage, recycling, yard waste, collection schedule, what goes where)
- Compost Drop-off (no facility)
- Municipal Buildings Maintenance
- Municipal Fleet
- Parks and Trails Maintenance only (Should also be moved to Community)
- Recycling (delete and move under Solid Waste)
- RV Storage at the Fairgrounds
- Paved Road Maintenance Program
- Sewer (moved to utilities for separate button)
- Arenas (should be moved to Community Services) - it will be under building maintenance
- Snow removal (attach policy)
- Streets and sidewalks
- Storm sewer collection system
- Water distribution system - Should say Utilities - then within have buttons with Sewer, Water, Waste Water, Water Treatment information)
- Waste transfer station (this should be Regional District or a link added to the RDBN)
