In accordance with Section 26 of the Community Charter, the Town of Smithers intends to dispose of 234 square metres of land at the Smithers Regional Airport, to Alexander Bruce Christie by way of a 5 year lease agreement, with annual rent as follows:
Year 1 $761.29; Year 2 $784.13; Year 3 $807.85; Year 4 $831.88; and Year 5 $856.84, plus applicable taxes to facilitate aircraft parking.
