In accordance with Section 26 of the Community Charter, the Town of Smithers intends to dispose of the following lands to the Central Park Building Society by way of a
5 year lease agreement at $1.00 per year for the purpose of community, cultural, and recreational activities.
Commonly known as the Central Park Building located at Highway 16 and Main Street and legally known as Lot A, District Lot 865, Range 5, Plan 1054.
