In accordance with Section 26 of the Community Charter, the Town of Smithers intends to dispose of the following lands to the Tourism Smithers Society at 1411 Court Street by way of a three year Lease to perform Visitor Information Centre services for the Town of Smithers, commencing April 1, 2026, and expiring on March 31, 2029.
The rent schedule shall be $1 per year, plus applicable taxes.
